Hair 101

Last Week, our Mi Esperanza Hair and Beauty class graduated
with six wonderful ladies who are very excited about starting
a new career. Eli, Nicole, Brenda, Nymphia, Oneida, and
Jennifer all graduated with A's. Eli and Brenda already
have interviews with my friend, Ivonne, an owner of a
local salon in Tegucigalpa. Jennifer will be working in her
Aunt's salon near her house. All of the girls were so anxious
to learn and made a real effort to finish the class. A big thanks
to Leo, my friend and translator, who helped me with the
class.
